These terms govern your use of Park It, an iOS application published by reiss.dev ("we", "us"). Using the app means you accept them.
What Park It is
Park It is a tool for writing down worries, parking them for a chosen duration, and reflecting on what mattered in the end. It is not a medical device, a therapy substitute, or a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency line.
Your account, your data
Park It does not require an account. Your worries, ticket history, and settings stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Subscriptions
Park It offers an optional Park It Plus subscription with two billing options (monthly and yearly). Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled. You can review or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription in the app, or directly in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Pricing is shown in-app before purchase. Apple's payment terms apply to the transaction. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, and not to use the app in violation of applicable law. You're responsible for the content you type into Park It (it stays on your device, but that doesn't change your responsibility for what you write).
Availability and changes
We may update Park It from time to time — bug fixes, new features, design changes. We may also discontinue or change features at our discretion. Material changes that affect your rights or data will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
No warranty
Park It is provided as is. We make no warranties (express or implied) that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the app is limited to the amount you have paid us (via Apple) for Park It Plus in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or harm caused by wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
